TASK

Call Sheet - involves planning to go film or take photographs, made in advance of the photoshoot/filming session. H as to be distributed to the cast and crew before the event.
Consent Form - A form signed to give permission to use people in scenes and distribute the product with them involved.
Location Release - Permission given to a film crew to film in a specific location they have chosen to film and is a legal contract because it is someones private property.
CONSENT FORM
1) What are the THREE main sections included - Signatures, What they are signing & What they are agreeing to.
2) Who would SIGN it? - People that are giving their permission to the company to use something/them in the product
3) What are the potential LEGAL & ETHICAL issues that could be faced without this form. the company can be sued as they are representing the model in a specific way they haven't agreed to, have been miss-represented
LOCATION RELEASE FORM
1) What are the SIMILARITIES compared to a CONSENT FORM?
2) Who would sign this form
CALL SHEET
1) What type of production would this be used for?
2) Who is a call sheet used by? Almost all media productions (cast and crew)
3) Why would it be needed before the production starts? Everyone knows what they need to do and for when it needs to be done
